Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to the highest standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
