Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains its cleanliness and organization to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties following company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Provide courteous and prompt customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus
