Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store's overall cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, handle inventory counts, and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment following safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
