Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management activities and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Handle general cleaning tasks according to established standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to provide courteous customer service.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
