Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with team members, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and offer assistance during the shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies, safeguarding security and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to company standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Meet state and local requirements related to alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
