Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
