Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Support store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Capability to perform general cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Compliance with local alcohol handling regulations
• Prior retail experience preferred
