Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by performing various tasks in the store, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Take part in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Experience with cash registers and retail equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
