Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's products are merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with the ALDI team to uphold our service standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and adhere to company standards.
- Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Follow cash policies and procedures, while ensuring store security and confidentiality.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience being a plus.
