Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient and accurate cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
