Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI! As a Store Associate, your responsibilities include stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members and management to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide customer assistance
• Work with the team to improve product feedback and inventory accuracy
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred
