Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
