Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are neat
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and within a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
