Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour with the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure store inventory accuracy and follow cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
