Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
