Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaboration with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service will be essential aspects of your role.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to store management.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure security and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and maintain equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
