Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Inventory monitoring, cash handling, and adherence to company policies
• Physical requirements include lifting, bending, and operating equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to follow company policies, operate store equipment, and maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
