Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team, you will ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts as required and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash management policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work both independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
