Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and report any issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow all company policies maintaining data security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively.

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is advantageous.
