Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
