Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and maintained. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, display excellent communication skills, and work independently or in a team.
• Experience in retail environments and familiarity with handling and selling alcoholic beverages is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
