Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, stocking products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, perform cleaning duties, and stock shelves
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
