Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, a leading retailer. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a neat and organized store environment. This position offers 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow established policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following cleaning standards and company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Compliance with state and local alcohol sales regulations.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
