Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and various store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, interpret guidelines, and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
