Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to collaborate with team members will contribute to providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures, policies, and safety guidelines
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash handling experience
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
