Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and operations run smoothly. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to merchandise products, assist customers with their shopping experience, and contribute to a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
