Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively.
