Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour, and an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure the store is well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
