Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and organize merchandise neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures ensuring data security and confidentiality.
• Perform various physical tasks including stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Work independently or as part of a team, following instructions and company policies.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Meet state requirements for the sale of alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma preferred and prior retail experience is a plus.
