Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's merchandise is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall store appearance.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise neatly
• Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and provide constructive feedback to management
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy
• Abide by cash policies and company procedures
• Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of multitasking, following instructions, and working in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
