Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. From cashiering to restocking shelves, your contribution will ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
