Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized store environment, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store security.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company policies.
• Experience in retail and operating store equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
