Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company procedures and maintain document security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
