Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company policies, maintain document confidentiality, and perform assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
