Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall customer shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. behaviors.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of the cash register and store equipment.
• Knowledge of general cleaning procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
