Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are neat.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, handle inventory counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus.
