Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing store activities, supervising the team, and driving operational excellence. You will work closely with the store leader to improve performance, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.

• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise products effectively.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

• Prior retail experience preferred.
