Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will take on key store management responsibilities, including supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. You will also identify training opportunities to elevate the team's performance and growth.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to drive operational improvements.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and foster teamwork.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
