Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
- Manage and communicate job responsibilities to the team to achieve desired results.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Monitor the competitive environment and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Maintain inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and handle operational concerns effectively.
- Maintain store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and merchandising standards.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.
- Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring data security.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
