Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring the overall performance of the store. Your responsibilities will include developing operational plans, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining the store's competitiveness in the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for product enhancement.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, including inventory management and customer service.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
