Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager and take on key responsibilities in store management. You will assist in supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and identifying training opportunities for team development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
  • Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and minimize losses.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards, proper stock levels, and product merchandising.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
