Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Greenbelt. This role is critical in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient front desk operations. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will lead a team to provide outstanding customer service, maintain professionalism, and resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk team to ensure outstanding customer care and guest satisfaction.
- Respond to guest inquiries, manage reservations, and handle guest concerns efficiently.
- Coach and train front desk staff on standard operating procedures and service excellence.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle cash transactions, billing, and maintain front desk supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Front Desk Representative or similar role.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer operations.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
