Fitness Studio Lead

We are looking for a passionate individual to join VASA Fitness as the Fitness Studio Lead. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members. Your role will involve maximizing studio and group fitness usage, driving member engagement, and ensuring that our fitness offerings are on-trend and competitive.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze and drive performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs in the studio and group fitness spaces.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring equipment, spaces, and programming meet high standards.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain a bench of talented coaches and instructors.
• Ensure members and guests receive an exceptional experience through motivating and community-building fitness classes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Possess a passion for fitness and creating a supportive community environment.
• Ability to drive performance and achieve financial targets.
