As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new Members and spreading awareness about sustainable grocery delivery. Responsibilities

• Educate potential Members on The Rounds' offerings at various pop-up events.
• Achieve and exceed acquisition targets using persuasive sales techniques.
• Ensure successful onboarding of new Members and guide them through their first order.
• Contribute insights to enhance event setup, sales strategies, and product portfolio.

Requirements

• Experience in sales with a focus on goal achievement and customer engagement.
• Passion for sustainability and entrepreneurship.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Physically capable of event setup, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate with uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses.
• Opportunity for on-target earnings exceeding $38/hour.
