Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

One Medical is looking for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative primary care team in New York, NY. As part of our mission to transform healthcare, you will be responsible for managing a diverse patient panel, providing a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams, and utilizing your clinical training to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages or equivalent experience.
• State licensed in New York by start date.
• Passion for human-centered primary care, effective communication, technology proficiency, and clinical excellence.
