Job Title: Executive Director, Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $256,000-$384,000

Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Late Stage Oncology Clinical Operations team in the execution and delivery of the Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge and experience in solid tumor clinical development, including strategic planning, cost estimations, global operations, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects of the late-stage oncology clinical development pipeline.
• Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of clinical research budgets and timelines.
• Provide mentorship to staff and build high-performing clinical teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, with at least 10 years in oncology.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, ICH GCPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
