Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Executive Director for Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for the execution and delivery of the Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline. The position requires expert knowledge in solid tumor clinical development, operational planning, project cost estimations, and global experience. Ideal candidates should excel in facilitating internal and external relationships, staff development, and financial management.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all aspects of late-stage oncology clinical development.
  • Ensure accuracy of clinical research budgets and timelines.
  • Mentor staff and build high-performing clinical teams.
  • Provide technical expertise for clinical documents and trial conduct.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology with 10 years in oncology.
  • Strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of clinical research functions.
  • Expertise in regulatory, legal issues, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Deep understanding of clinical trial technology and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

Compensation

Jazz Pharmaceuticals offers a competitive total compensation package with a base pay range of $256,000-$384,000, discretionary bonuses, equity grants, comprehensive benefits, and more.
