The Popcorn Lady is seeking motivated individuals to join our Event and Delivery Staff. As a member of our team, you will help deliver unforgettable experiences to our clients and their guests. From setting up event spaces with attention to detail to providing exceptional customer service, you will play a key role in creating extraordinary culinary moments.

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces according to plans, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Deliver products to distribution clients as required.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the event.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations for a consistent presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines for proper food handling and sanitation.
• Assist with post-event cleanup and breakdown.
• Provide exceptional customer service by going above and beyond guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering or banquet service preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays or equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
