District Manager - Jefferson Division (GA, NC, AL, SC)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a District Manager to join our team at ALDI. As a District Manager in the Jefferson Division (covering GA, NC, AL, SC), you will be responsible for overseeing up to six stores, leading and motivating employees, and driving sales growth in one of the fastest-growing grocery retail chains in the US. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and play a key part in our success.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of the entire district, implementing action plans for improved performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop a professional workforce.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Drive projects and initiatives to completion through effective collaboration and prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team towards achieving company goals.
• Willingness to travel locally with a company car.
