We are looking for a dedicated Dishwasher, also known as Pit Monkey, to join our team at Lariat Lodge Brewing. As a crucial member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and other kitchen utensils.
• Ensure all dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and stored.
